THE ASSIGNMENT

Not-For-Profit

Value released from routine purchasing can support more important organisational priorities.

01

The commercial challenge

The wider religious institution had a presence in more than 200 locations. This was a limited initial review within one division, not a programme covering the full estate.

02

Our management team’s approach

Office supplies and overnight delivery were examined in a small initial test, with the possibility of extending the approach to other parts of the organisation.

03

Why the outcome mattered

Recovered value could be redirected from supplier expenditure towards projects and investment.
